Attorneys perform the legal services for our members. Countrywide contracts a broad panel of attorneys in private practice located throughout the areas in which our plan members live and work. Countrywide’s attorneys and law firms undergo a credentialing process to become part of our network. All of our attorneys must carry malpractice insurance coverage.

Want to join our network?
As a Countrywide network attorney, your firm will service our legal plan members. We will refer our members to your law firm based upon your practice area(s). Our goal is to ensure that our members’ needs are matched with your firm’s practice area(s). We also strive to provide outstanding customer service. We are always looking for quality attorneys to join our network. How can my firm benefit?

We do all the marketing for you and promote you to our members. Countrywide will train your law firm and staff so that you know how our plan operates and what is expected of you.

Costs and qualifications?
There is no fee for becoming part our network. We are looking for law firms that have a general practice of law or practice a particular area of the law. The law firm must carry malpractice insurance, maintain an active license with the State Bar and meet our standards of client satisfaction. The law firms must complete a legal services agreement.
